Plot Summary
Sanjay Rajkot, known as Sikandar, is a respected figure from Rajkot, Gujarat.
After defending a woman from blackmail during a flight, he becomes the target of a revenge-driven politician.
Tragedy strikes when his wife, Saisri, dies in a blast while trying to reveal her pregnancy.
Her organs are donated to three people, leading Sanjay to Mumbai where he helps each of them:
Kamar, a child suffering from pollution-related illness.
Vaidehi, a small business owner facing patriarchal pressures.
Nisha, a heart transplant recipient battling emotional trauma.
